Working closely with Producers and Production, you’ll develop concept renders, pitch visuals and detailed design outputs that are not only visually strong but commercially intelligent and build ready. This role is for a designer who understands materials, scale and atmosphere, and wants to see their work delivered at world class standard.

The Events and Experiential Producer leads projects from initial brief through to live delivery, owning timelines, budgets and client relationships throughout.
You will sit at the centre of each activation, aligning creative ambition with operational precision and commercial control. This role requires someone confident in high pressure environments, sharp with numbers and naturally proactive, capable of delivering premium brand experiences while protecting margin and quality.

The Production Manager is responsible for turning design intent into flawless physical execution.
Overseeing fabrication partners, logistics and on site installation, you will manage production budgets, maintain quality standards and ensure every detail is delivered efficiently and safely. This role demands strong technical knowledge, supplier management experience and a meticulous mindset to guarantee that every project is built to the level Scratch Creative is known for.

Our Freelance Designers support the core team during peak periods, bringing specialist expertise in 3D visualisation, spatial design and technical detailing.
Working across retail, experiential and live event projects, you will collaborate with our internal team to deliver fast, high impact creative output that meets both brand and build requirements. We look for freelancers who are agile, reliable and aligned with our design led, commercially aware approach.
