Gymshark LIFT:LDN
We had the privilege of delivering the full design and production for Gymshark’s biggest event to date, transforming Drumsheds London into a 300,000 sq ft fitness festival for over 15,000 attendees across three extraordinary days.
The experience featured multiple arenas for group workouts and live sessions, dedicated meet and greet zones, ten Gymshark activations, fifteen brand partner activations and the LIFT:LDN Retail Store with event exclusives. At its centre stood a 90,000 sq ft open gym and conditioning space, home to the iconic PB cages.
Adding to the atmosphere, a London-inspired street brought the community together with its own Pub, Nail Bar, Tattoo Parlour, Comic Book Store and Post Office — each crafted as an immersive brand touchpoint that celebrated Gymshark’s culture and community.
Our Role
From concept to completion, Scratch Creative led the entire creative and technical journey. We sourced and secured the venue, developed the creative concept and spatial design, and produced detailed 3D visualisations, animated flythroughs, and technical and construction drawings. Our team oversaw fabrication, production and installation, while also delivering branding, signage, wayfinding and audio visual design to ensure a seamless and powerful experience from every angle.
The Result
LIFT:LDN was about more than training — it was about belonging. A space where ambition met culture, and where Gymshark’s mission to inspire a generation to move came vividly to life.
From the first sketch to the final light cue, Scratch Creative helped Gymshark set a new global benchmark for fitness experiences — a testament to the power of design, detail and collaboration.
