247 X Whoop Pre Marathon Athlete Dinner
Ahead of one of the biggest weekends in the running calendar, 247 and WHOOP brought together a carefully curated guest list of athletes, media, creators and VIPs for an exclusive pre-marathon dinner in the heart of London. Hosted at 14 Cavendish, the event was designed as a moment of connection before race day, creating space for guests to slow down, prepare and immerse themselves in the communities surrounding both brands.
Set across three floors, the evening blended premium hospitality, thoughtful brand integration and understated luxury. Guests were welcomed into a refined environment where architectural lighting, elevated styling and carefully considered details created an atmosphere that felt intimate, effortless and distinctly premium.
Our Role
Scratch Creative was appointed to design, produce and deliver the complete guest experience from concept through to live event execution. Working closely with both brands, we transformed the venue into a bespoke hospitality environment, balancing the character of the existing building with a refined visual language that reflected the positioning of 247 and WHOOP.
Our scope included creative direction, spatial planning, event styling, bespoke furniture and table design, lighting production, brand integration, gifting presentation, technical production, logistics and live event management. Every element was considered to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival through to the final course.
The Result
The result was a sophisticated hospitality experience that successfully brought together multiple communities under one roof ahead of race weekend. Across the evening, guests connected through shared experiences, premium dining and meaningful brand touchpoints, creating an environment that felt exclusive without feeling inaccessible.
From the private reception and live DJ through to the dinner service and gifting moments, every detail was carefully orchestrated to create a memorable experience that reflected the ambition of both brands. A calm, elevated pause before the energy of marathon weekend took over the city.
